Approach
We started by grounding the value proposition—what we promise, which evidence supports it, and in what sequence it should be told. From there, we produced a concise 12-slide deck, a lean technical memo, and an open-formula financial model aligned with operating assumptions. The package was completed with an outreach teaser, a light data room, and a structured Q&A to anticipate the most common diligence questions on feedstock availability, permitting and industrial timelines, product characteristics, and go-to-market. Everything is verifiable, consistent across documents, and fast to refresh as negotiations and validations progress.
